Our diverse experience in this field began in the 1980’s as the international tourist and business boom gave rise to demand for independent high end hotels complete with business conference centers, banquet halls, restaurants and shopping areas. By 2021, Reliance had completed over 750 hotel rooms and associated conference spaces. As the market evolved and baby boomers turned into empty nesters, in addition to an ever-increasing demand for housing, high rise condominium and purpose built rental construction became more common. Our vast experience in this domain ranges from affordable residential units for first-time buyers to condominium developments for seasoned buyers, complete with high-end amenities. In 2009, the Canadian housing market emerged from the recession and by 2021, Reliance had completed or had under construction over 20,000 housing units in eastern Canada.

2100 Rememberance Under Construction  |  185,000 sq.ft.

The project 2100 Remembrance near the heart of the city center of Lachine includes 139 units with one floor below grade and 7 floors above grade. Additionally, the project includes 14 2-storey townhouses on the ground floor. The overall area of the building is 185,000 square feet.

9160 Airlie is 115,000 sq.ft.residential building in Lasalle which features amenities such as a gym and a conference room. This project includes 75 units with 1 floor below grade. It is a 4 floors high low rise with a mezzanine. Included are 26 2-storey penthouse suites. Additiionally, a large retail component of approximately 15,000 sf has already been leased to a CPE daycare center. The envelope consists of windows and brick masonry with some aluminum panels and metal siding.
Brimley Road Pre-construction  |  1,219,282 sq.ft.

Owned by Oxford Properties Group, and designed by Quadrangle Architects, Brimley Road will include approximately 1.2 million sq.ft. in three towers of 32, 41 and 50 storeys. Situated over 2 to 7 storey podiums and bisected by a 22,000 sq.ft. publicly accessible open space, the project is serviced by 2 levels of contiguous underground parking. The project involves the straightening of Borough Drive, a municipal road, which will require a land swap between the City and the Owner.

Delta Mont Saint-Anne Under construction  |  35,000 sq.ft.

The 30,000 sq.ft. renovation of the hotel’s public area will include a brand-new façade and canopy as well as the expansion of the exising aquatic center including an SPA and Nordic baths totalling 15,000 sq.ft.. Aside from the beautiful tall ceilings and fireplace at the lobby, the public space will host artwork by local artists, one of which is a very large decorative leaf that will hang over the reception area.The renovations are scheduled to be completed in September of 2021.
Central Parc Laval 3 Under construction  |  256,870 sq.ft.

Central Parc Laval R3 is the third phase of the Central Parc Laval development. This 3rd tower, known as R3, is comprised of 15 residential floors plus a PH level, as well as two levels of underground parking. Featuring a large amenity space including a cinema, a golf simulator, games room (foosball and billiards) and gym, the building is a concrete structure clad in aluminum paneling with logia balconies. This building includes 149 rental apartment units ranging from approximately 610 sq.ft. to 1,600 sq.ft. Featuring 4 rounded corners, the very large windows give multiple vantage points for 40% of the units. The owner’s have committed to reducing the carbon footprint of this tower by 17% as compared to the first phase.

The 201 Rideau building is located in the historic Ottawa Market district. This facility is a 25 storey, 183,031 sq.ft. building with both hotel and residential units, and 4 floors underground parking. The AC Marriott has the first 17 floors consisting of 208 suites with amenities such as pool, lounge, restaurant and conference rooms. The residential suites consist of the top 8 floors totaling 95 residential suites and independent elevators from parking to residential suites.

The 75 Slater project is a 25 storey condominium tower built in the Ottawa downtown core of the business district. The project consists of 194 suites, and a 2 floor parking garage. With a mixture of window wall and precast envelope, the building spans over 159,862 sq. ft. The upper floor features a beautiful terrace that overlooks the downtown façade. Amenities include items such as bowling lanes and a dinning room.



4469 Ste-Catherine Under construction  |  17,872 sq.ft.

The project at 4469 Ste-Catherine St. West is a development of a 5-storey rental building, complete with an underground parking garage. The frontage of the building is made of Quebec St. Marc stone with artisan zinc sloping roof panels. The building is replacing a vacant lot between two existing buildings at the corner of Ste-Catherine St., and Metcalfe St.

Le SE7T Phase II in Griffintown is designed to offer the best of Montreal's urban lifestyle and consists of 109 condos over 7 storeys, hence its name. Situated near the Lachine Canal bikeway and a few blocks away from the Atwater market, Le Sep7t will be equipped with all trendy aspects of living in Montreal’s vital downtown neighbourhood. This encompasses street level restaurants, cafés and terraces, and the building itself will include a fitness facility, an outdoor pool, bicycle racks, and so much more.

Voltige Belvedere, the second phase of a new residential development in Montreal will consist of 217 rental units over 16 floors. The building is within the pleasant neighbourhood of Ahuntsic-Cartierville, surrounded by a train station and several shopping malls, and close to many cultural centres and sports complexes. Thanks to its centrality, residents can reach the downtown area in just 15 minutes, as well as the popular neighbourhoods of Mount Royal and Outremont. In terms of its unique architecture, the building’s design was conceived to illuminate the units with natural daylight, and features a balcony in every unit.
