The Lyonleaf facility is one of Quebec’s leading producer of cannabis products. Due to the distinct conditions the plants have to be grown in, the construction included the installation of insulated walls, as well as sophisticated and complex air conditioning, ventilation, humidification, and drying systems, all centrally controlled to accommodate specific environmental conditions. This intricate existing building required a complete rebuild from inside-out to accommodate extensive mechanical rooms, roof structures, and specialized flooring. Composed of approximately 50 rooms, 30 of those rooms house diverse types of production, each requiring a specific environment.

This 44,000 square foot building includes a mezzanine of 13,500 square feet for a satellite manufacturer. Special attributes include a 2,520 sq.ft. clean room that gives access to a larger 45’ clear, 12,250 sq.ft. clean room, classified as a class 100,000 clean room. It is equipped with a pit to receive a 28’-0’’ x 24’-0’’ vibrating table and has two overhead cranes of 10 and 15 tons respectively. It meets all the technical, mechanical and electrical requirements of the International Aerospace Industry.

The 30,000 square feet renovation of the hotel’s public area will include a brand-new façade and canopy as well as the expansion of the exising aquatic center including an SPA and Nordic baths totalling 15,000 square feet. Aside from the beautiful tall ceilings and fireplace at the lobby, the public space will host artwork by local artists, one of which is a very large decorative leaf that will hang over the reception area.

This project is a luxury condominium building built on the former Pioneer site, in the heart of Pointe-Claire village. It is a 3 storey new construction of 52,150 square feet including one storey of underground parking. There will be 14 unique condo units and 4 commercial spaces on the ground floor. The building occupies the entire site.

New office and lab facility located in Ottawa for Iogen Corporation, consisting of a 3 storey concrete structure totalling 57,000 sf, of which 12,000 sf is allocated to to laboratories. The building's design includes provisions for vertical/horizontal expansion of an additional 23,000 sf. Our participation on this project began day 1 during initial lease negotiations through the entire design stage and finally through the construction period.

The renovation of this existing commercial shopping center includes complete asbestos abatement and the addition of a brand new foodcourt and grocery store while tenants remain in operation. The project was designed by Geiger Huot Architects and is scheduled for completion in April 2018.

A 5-storey condominium development consisting of 6,000 sf of below ground parking, upgrade lobby and 47 finished luxury condo units. Reliance was responsible for completion and fit up of all 47 units according to the individual owner's requirements, including renovation to an existing building (circa 1890) configured for 5 ultra-luxurious "historic" condo units.
