The construction of Simons new 40' high distribution facility in Quebec City started in May 2018. It includes 470,000 s.f. of warehouse, 47 shipping and receiving doors along with an attached 110,000 s.f. office facility.

Reliance was responsible for the fit up and contracting for 106 designer boutiques totalling over 46,000 sf, inside the Holt Renfrew flagship store, working with suppliers and designers from all over the world, in a synchronized manner to coordinate a store opening date.

Located in picturesque South Oakville, the redevelopment of the existing 1970’s era Bronte Village Mall will include the construction of two new modern residential towers that will contain 481 luxurious suites with 614 underground spaces and will also include the addition of 15,000 square feet of retail space. The suites will range from 700 square feet to over 1200 square feet and will be equipped with high end finishes and appliances. Additionally the buildings will be fully equipped with amenities including a pool, roof-top patio and lounge, party room, and a fitness room. Developed by Crombie REIT and Prince Development, this revitalization will hold true to the current aesthetic and culture of the Bronte neighbourhood and will bring an attractive and exciting renewal to the area.

The third phase of the famed residential Tour des Canadiens project, located just south of the Bell Center, includes an all-glass 54 storey, 528,000 sq.ft. above grade tower featuring 565 residential units. The building’s amenities of this $150M project encompasses multiple party rooms, retail stores, a gym, a game room, an indoor pool, a lounge, a spa and outdoor terraces, and an indoor rooftop skylounge. The landscape components include not one, but two parks adjacent to the tower – including a unique urban design for a pocket park with water features on north and south sides.

MYX condos, the next installment in a mix of condos, lofts and townhouses that includes Evolo X, Evolo S, Evolo 2, Evolo 1, Pavillon Evolo and ZUNI, located on the Pointe-Nord in Nun’s Island includes 378,000 sq.ft. of gross constructed area and is scheduled to start in the fall of 2018. The project consists of 196 units over 8 storeys and will feature a rooftop pool and chalet complete with kitchen, fireplace, communal table, indoor and outdoor lounges, and a state of the art rooftop gym. Additionally, the commercial ground floor will feature outdoor covered parking for commercial clients.
Ogilvy - Holt Renfrew 2019  |  217,000 sf

The complete renovation and transformation of the existing 217,000 square foot Ogilvy Store as well as an expansion of 40,000 sf of retail space in the new Quadrilatère de la Montagne building started in the fall of 2017. A unique feature of this project is the articulated storefront and canopy at the new public entrance, on Ave. de la Montagne. This project, once completed, will become the flagship store for the Holt Renfrew banner.

Evolo X is the largest and most luxurious building to be constructed on Ile-des-Soeur’s Pointe Nord. With 40 floors and 9’-0” ceilings offered as the standard, in addition to amenity spaces such as cinema rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, the building rounds off the Evolo projects as the jewel of the development. Living spaces range from 600 sf to 4,000 sf including lavish penthouses at the upper floors.

270,000 sq.ft.expansion of one of Dollarama's distribution centers in TMR. The expansion involves 27 new loading docks and a 60,000 sq.ft. mezzanine. The project includes the demolition of two existing industrial buildings to make way for the new expansion.

This Audi Queensway is a 65,000 sq.ft. dealership located at The Queensway and East Mall featuring to the new Audi identity. The dealership includes a 20,000 sq.ft. showroom, 10,000 sq.ft. used car display, and a state of the art service facility with equipment able to handle over 25 vehicles at any given time. The facility also includes a 15,000 sq.ft. basement for additional services as required. The building is equipped with an in ground filtration and recharger systems to limit the storm water discharge into the city storm water systems. A 35,000 sq.ft. green roof was installed to also assist with storm water retention. A gorgeous landscaped patio, customer bistro and car wash were also installed.

A new $130M residential tower at Yonge at College in downtown Toronto, featuring 636 residential units and developed by Canderel and Kingsett Capital. This modern and timeless 62 storey glass tower includes retail spaces located on the first 2 floors, 'live & work' units on 4th & 5th floors, and amenity spaces on the top floors. The amenity spaces include an infinity pool overlooking downtown Toronto, and a full spa for men and women. The residential suites include high end finishes and appliances.
