A 90,000 sf head office and warehousing facility for The Mobilia Furniture Store chain. Concrete slab met extremely stringent tolerances to allow for computer warehouse racking systems.

New 86,000 square foot mail sorting facility, handling all of downtown Montreal’s mail, built for Canada Post, Canada’s national mail carrier.

Extension to existing distribution center, including offices, music labs and humidification controlled storage areas.

New 84,500 sf distribution center including 6,000 sf of offices and 120,000 sf of “veit” conveyor/racking system on 3 floors within the warehouse.

Primary computer processing center for Bank of Montreal Trust, located on Nun's Island in Montreal. Special requirements included multiple levels of redundancy for electrical systems including an emergency generator with underground oil tanks, extensive security systems, explosion proof rooms, impact resistant facades including false windows, and stringent humidity and ventilation requirements.

Pavillon C is the first waterfront mid-rise building on Pointe-Nord, Nuns’ Island that offers the exclusive opportunity to live in an intimate building, on the water’s edge, nestled between the pedestrian plaza and the gardens of Evolo 2. This five-storey building, consisting of only 39 condos ranging from 665 to 1,175 sq ft, plus four exclusive penthouses with vast rooftop terraces, is a model of intelligent design. Layouts of the condos were carefully planned to maximize the value of every square foot. The ground floor includes a retail pavilion featuring trendy shops and restaurants.

Reliance completed the first three Fly Stores (Laval, St. Laurent and St. Hubert, Quebec) in North America building on designs and concepts brought to Canada by the French furniture chain to Montreal in 2002. Each store is between 60,000 and 75,000 sf and each was completed in less than 4 months. Our role in all three of these initial North American stores included the constant coordination and assistance to the building owner and design professionals to adapt the European design to the North American market (choice of materials, design techniques and building envelope solutions).

Monza offers an onsite fitness centre with the latest machines and weights, and features a rooftop party room with fireplace, large screen TV, catering kitchen, and dining area.
